What we are good at

Data backup and recovery

Our tailored data backup design is based on backup and recovery services of 1,000 servers and nearly four petabytes, suitable for all environments. We handle solution design, implementation and performance monitoring. Massive data amount backups, virtualized environments, remote offices, portable workstations and exotic applications can be realized locally or as over-the-internet service.

Datacenters

We offer high availability server and storage solutions for demanding environments. Our service covers design, deliveries and maintenance and support. We specialize in server and storage system consolidation, virtualization, clustering, monitoring and problem solving.

Licensing

ITaito’s specialists can make sure your company’s technology licences suit both your existing and future planned environments. We’ll help you identify the special requirements arising from your environment and what that means in terms of your licensing needs. We also provide licence optimization, which helps you ensure that your IT environment is ready for potential vendor audits, while minimizing licence fee related costs.

Cloud services

We design and implement high-quality private, hybrid and public cloud services for various environments and purposes, and offer capacity from our own infrastructure as a service. We also enable connect our customers’ cloud environments to our own or third-party infrastructures in a flexible and secure manner.

Network architecture

We specialize in critical connections and demanding IT infrastructure, monitoring and support as well as WAN, LAN and WLAN solutions for companies operating in multiple locations. Our technology partners include local and national operators, and Juniper and Cisco for LAN solutions.

Virtualization

We offer more than typical hypervisor-level virtualization. ITaito’s solutions combine virtualization management, flexibility, user self-provisioning, automation and resource monitoring. Our customers will see virtual machines with optimal capacity, reduced memory usage and improved user experience.

Expert services

Our expert, support, extended support and maintenance and change management services are always provided by ITaito’s own personnel. Services can include, for example, storage systems, virtualization solutions, servers, operating systems, switches, firewalls and routers. Our specialists have been certified by various storage, server and network vendors, and continuously update their expertise by participating in demanding international training programs and events.

Monitoring and maintenance

Our monitoring and maintenance service comprises server, storage and backup systems, and currently cover some 5,300 devices and servers. The monitoring and maintenance service can easily be extended to also cover network hardware.
